About Rapid Ruling

The legal system involves multiple challenges if you must sue someone or seek restitution from someone who wronged you. Even arbitration can take longer than expected as you wait for a hearing.

To streamline the process, consider online arbitration from Rapid Ruling. We help parties seek restitution during legal matters with easy and efficient proceedings that use expert legal professionals and the latest technology. With Rapid Ruling, not only will you save time during the legal process, but you will save money as well.

What Is Rapid Ruling?

Here at Rapid Ruling, we help people work through legal situations through the internet. This allows our customers to remain safe while sticking to the law so they don’t encounter any problems after reaching a settlement or agreement.

Rapid Ruling offers two primary services to meet your legal needs: online arbitration and online mediation. Online arbitration has an arbitrator go through the information and determine how to settle the dispute. An online mediation has the two parties come to a resolution that makes both sides happy. Both of these approaches work well for conflict resolution in legal disputes.

How It Works

Rapid Ruling is an online dispute resolution platform. We offer parties to resolve a dispute in weeks instead of months or years with traditional courts and are 100% online. We resolve your dispute by having a professional Arbitrator hear both parties, review their evidence, and render a decision.

Gather your documents, photos, videos, and other evidence. Upload the files to our secure server, describe your claim, and identify the responding party.

The hearing will either be a live phone call or a video hearing. Your Arbitrator will first ask both sides to tell their side of the story. Then the Arbitrator will ask detailed questions to both parties based on the statements and evidence.

Your Mediator will issue a decision within weeks of filing a claim and not years. This decision is legally binding and enforceable.

Know The Process

There are a few steps to complete if you want an online dispute resolution.

  • Create a case
  • Schedule an online hearing
  • Wait for an arbitrator’s decision
  • Receive your arbitration award

First, you must explain your situation and let us know about the dispute. Then, on top of sharing your side, the representative will talk with the other person to make it fair.

From there, you can either upload evidence and let the arbitrator decide or meet through a live phone or video call. The arbitrator will then spend a few weeks looking over both sides and come to a legally binding agreement. Once the arbitrator has concluded the case, you can decide if it is favorable for you and receive any settlement you are entitled to.
